Real life coaching that meets you where you are

Real life coaching is forward focused help to create positive, lasting change in your everyday life. It is not counselling or therapy. It gives you practical tools, clear strategies and steady support to reach the goals that matter most to you.

What we can work on together

Every journey is different. Here are some of the things I most often help people with.

Finding clarity and direction

Cut through the noise, understand what you really want, and map the honest steps to get there.

Building confidence and self belief

Quiet the self doubt and grow the courage to take action, even when it feels uncomfortable.

Creating lasting habits

Turn good intentions into routines that stick, so progress keeps happening long after we finish.

Rebuilding after setbacks

Steady, judgement free support if you are recovering, starting over, or finding your feet again.

Getting unstuck

Move past that feeling of being stuck in work, routine or personal life, and towards something better.

Support for young people

Direction and encouragement for young people who found the school system was not for them.

How it works

Simple, honest steps forward

Sessions are one to one, in person around Killarney or online by Zoom or phone. Here is how we get going.

  1. Book your free call

We start with a free, no pressure 20 minute chat. You tell me a little about what is going on and what you would like to change.

  2. Talk it through

In our first full session we explore where you are now and where you want to be, in your own words and at your own pace.

  3. Build a clear plan

Together we set realistic goals and simple next steps, so you always know what you are working towards and why.

  4. Move forward together

With regular sessions and honest support, you take action, build momentum, and turn setbacks into stepping stones.

How many sessions you need is completely up to you. Some people come for a few, others prefer ongoing support. We set the pace together, and everything is confidential.

Your next chapter starts with a conversation

Book a free 20 minute introduction call. No pressure, no commitment, just a friendly chat about where you are and where you would like to go.

What is real life coaching?
Real life coaching is forward focused help to create positive, lasting change in your everyday life. It is not counselling or therapy. Instead it gives you practical tools, clear strategies and steady support to reach the goals that matter to you.
Who do you work with?
People from all walks of life. That includes people rebuilding after challenges such as addiction recovery, people struggling with confidence, people who feel stuck in their career or personal life, and young people who found the school system was not for them.
How do sessions work?
Sessions are one to one, either in person around Killarney or online by Zoom or phone. We talk through where you are now, where you want to get to, and build a clear, realistic plan to get you there.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends entirely on your goals. Some people need only a few sessions to get moving again, while others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. There is no pressure either way and we set the pace together.
Is it confidential?
Yes, completely. Everything you share stays private. Trust and honesty are at the heart of the coaching, so you can speak openly.
